- To remain eligible, your formal request for a refund must be made within 24 hours of the subscription purchase day.

- The subscription must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
- If you have already accessed or used any part of the subscription benefits (e.g., downloaded materials, accessed exclusive content, engaged with premium features), you may forfeit your right to a refund.
