Thank you for choosing MakeUGC for your video content needs. We aim to provide our customers with a satisfying experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

    We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@makeugc.ai within 3 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 3 days of the original purchase. Your subscription be unused and in the same condition that you created it. The complimentary video creation is not eligible for a refund. Once you have created a video beyond the free offer, you will no longer be eligible to request a refund. This include downloadable software products or any personalized video content that has already been delivered or downloaded.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@makeugc.ai
